Auto Scheduler ingests SportsQ daily event availability, computes valid DirecTV matches within the location's subscribed package, and places events using a weighted algorithm tuned for live venue operations.
The scheduler evaluates audio-eligible sources, home-team and league priority, event rating, receiver availability, and active business rules to produce non-conflicting assignments throughout the day.
- Prevents duplicate receiver-channel assignments so two receivers are not left burning the same event feed at the same time.
- Generates approved completion routing and transitions based on live status, not only estimated end times, to avoid dead screens after overtime delays.
- Uses fast pollers for start detection, halftime windows, UFC walkout handling, and event completion actions with real-time correction behavior.
- Supports automated audio pivots: switch to house music during halftime or walkouts, then automatically restore event audio at resume.
- Includes operator controls such as DirecTV remote override behavior. If override is disabled, channels auto-return to scheduler assignments.
- Offers owner/operator tuning for league priority, team handling, channel exclusions, source protection, and completion-channel policy strategy.

Guest Access is designed to feel instant for the customer and controlled for the operator. Guests simply scan the table QR code or visit connect.matriq.tv, enter the pairing code shown on that table's TV, and gain access only to that specific booth experience.
The security model is intentionally table-scoped. Pairing is tied to the in-seat display, access can be limited to approved controls only, and venue-wide admin actions remain protected from the guest flow. That gives operators confidence while still making the experience feel modern and frictionless.
Beyond TV control, Guest Access can become a lightweight guest engagement layer. Venues can expose POS-powered food and drink menus, curated external links such as ordering or rewards, and direct social media links, all inside the same mobile experience guests are already using at the table.
Guests love it because it removes the usual wait and guesswork.
