Built for the floor

A real operating layer for real hospitality pressure.

MatriQ is built around the work that starts before doors open and accelerates when the room fills up: programming the right games, protecting premium sources, making fast changes, keeping devices healthy, and giving staff a workflow they can understand.

Display routing & video walls

Route sources visually, organize displays by area, build wall layouts, and coordinate power or switching actions without rack-room guesswork.

SportsQ schedule intelligence

Turn event availability, channel matches, team priorities, league rules, and venue preferences into a useful daily programming plan.

Audio zones & source control

See zone state, change audio sources, manage volume, and coordinate game audio with scheduled programming and operating scenes.

Lighting, climate & smart devices

Put lighting groups, scenes, thermostats, relays, and compatible smart-device actions beside the rest of the venue workflow.

On-screen marketing

Launch approved overlays, event promotions, sponsor creative, and scheduled campaigns without separating marketing from venue control.

Monitoring, alerts & reports

Make offline hardware, system exceptions, tune history, event performance, and operational context visible before they become a guest-facing problem.

Headline integration
EverPass

Premium streaming sports, connected to the room.

EverPass provides a commercial streaming foundation and a rapidly expanding lineup of premium sports. MatriQ adds the venue-specific operating layer around it: schedule intelligence, device status, source assignments, live control, and coordination with the rest of your screens and systems.

  • Bring eligible EverPass events and device status into the daily MatriQ workflow.
  • Plan assignments alongside other available commercial sources.
  • See current playback, live-event context, and actionable device state.
  • Protect limited premium sources while preserving authorized operator control.
Live controlConnected
MatriQ Auto Scheduler

Turn venue rules into an executable game-day plan.

Auto Scheduler combines SportsQ event intelligence with subscribed source availability, team and league priorities, screen importance, receiver capacity, eligible EverPass devices, and venue-specific rules. It turns those inputs into a clear, non-conflicting draft that operators can understand, adjust, and publish.

The plan can coordinate pregame actions, live-event assignments, source protection, screen routing, and what happens after the final whistle. Operators stay in control with reviewable decisions, manual overrides, exclusions, and completion behavior instead of handing the room to a black box.

Eligible-source matchingMatch each event to available receivers, channels, streams, and approved commercial sources.
Source protectionAvoid duplicate assignments that waste limited premium capacity.
Priority rulesApply home-team, league, event-ranking, spacing, screen, and exclusion logic.
Live-aware actionsRespond to actual event state instead of estimated end times alone.
Operator reviewExplain the draft, preserve manual decisions, and publish only after an authorized review.
Completion routingDecide what every screen and source should do when the live event finishes.

Unified venue control

Operate the room, not a pile of remotes.

MatriQ organizes display destinations, video sources, audio zones, floorplan context, lighting, and compatible smart devices around how the venue actually operates. Authorized users can move quickly while installer and administrative controls stay protected.

  • Visual display and source control organized by real venue areas.
  • AV-over-IP routing, video walls, display power, CEC, RS232, and custom action paths.
  • Audio source and volume visibility across configured DSP zones.
  • Lighting, climate, relay, and smart-device scenes for opening, closing, and game-day moments.

Control from where the work happens

The right interface for the right operator.

MatriQ can support dedicated venue stations and remote workflows without forcing every user into the same screen. Roles, routes, and enabled controls can be shaped around the venue’s operating model.

Dedicated touchscreens

Fast, room-ready control for manager stations, host stands, service areas, or secured operating kiosks.

PC browser

Full desktop operating surface for owners, managers, operations teams, and remote multi-location oversight.

Tablets & iPads

Touch-friendly venue access that can move with the operator for floor walks, quick changes, and service support.

Mobile-friendly workflows

Responsive remote, status, and guest experiences for focused actions without exposing the entire system.

On-Screen Marketing Overlays

Put the right message on the right screens—without taking the game away.

MatriQ can place branded images, text, and tickers over selected venue screens on a schedule or on demand. Operators control when an overlay appears, how long it stays, how often it repeats, which TVs receive it, and which live-game, guest-table, source, or video-wall conditions should prevent it from firing.

01 / CREATE

Images, text & tickers

Build campaigns for promotional artwork, sponsor creative, service reminders, last-call messages, venue branding, and moving text.

02 / SCHEDULE

Duration, interval & dayparts

Set display duration, repeat intervals, date ranges, days of week, daily start and end times, frequency, and draft or active status.

03 / TARGET

Choose exact TVs

Send a campaign to specific decoders, groups of screens, guest-linked displays, eligible video-wall modes, or a venue-wide selection.

04 / PROTECT

Respect the live experience

Skip overlays on protected live-game sources, guest-linked tables, audio-only paths, excluded encoders, or video-wall modes according to venue rules.

05 / LAUNCH

Scheduled or on demand

Let recurring campaigns fire automatically or give authorized staff one-tap access to approved messages when the moment calls for it.

06 / VERIFY

Preview, status & recovery

Preview creative, see enabled status and next firing time, review campaign targeting, and clear stuck overlays from one operating surface.

Email guides, alerts & intelligence

Keep the team informed before, during, and after game day.

MatriQ turns venue, device, source, and live-sports activity into useful operational communication. Managers can receive a daily programming guide, consolidated device-health alerts, and Tune IQ reporting that explains how screens and connected systems were actually used.

BEFORE THE SHIFT

Daily TV Sports Guide

Deliver a venue-specific schedule with event times, leagues, available sources, provider context, and channel numbers so managers can review the day’s programming plan before doors open.

  • DIRECTV and EverPass source visibility
  • Channel and event availability in one guide
  • PDF-ready reference for managers and staff
WHEN SOMETHING CHANGES

Consolidated offline-device alerts

Notify the right people when monitored devices remain offline, with the affected device, device type, current status, and offline duration grouped into one readable alert.

  • Displays, gateways, smart devices, and sources
  • Consolidated alert instead of notification noise
  • Useful context for faster troubleshooting
AFTER THE BUSINESS DAY

Tune IQ operational reporting

  • Understand screen, source, audio, and wall usage
  • Turn history into a better programming plan

Guest Access Control

Let each table control its own TV—not the whole venue.

MatriQ pairs a guest's phone to one assigned table TV through a table-specific QR code and a secure four-digit code shown on that TV. Once paired, the guest can use only the controls the venue approved for that booth while every other display and administrative setting stays protected.

  • Change the table TV to an approved source, designated DIRECTV receiver, channel, or live sports event.
  • Adjust that TV's volume—and power when the venue chooses to allow it—without touching another table.
  • Browse the SportsQ schedule and DIRECTV guide from the same guest-friendly phone experience.
  • Keep venue-wide routing, settings, pairing assignments, and installer controls out of the guest session.
QR accessLive interface
01 / PAIR

QR + on-screen code

Scan the table QR, then enter the four-digit code visible on that table's TV to prove the guest is physically in front of the screen.

02 / ROUTE

Approved source selection

Let guests switch their table TV among venue-approved encoders and sources while reserved or restricted sources remain unavailable.

03 / TUNE

Designated DIRECTV receiver

Expose the receiver assigned to the booth, its current channel and program, and approved guide-based tuning without opening broader receiver control.

04 / CONTROL

TV volume & power

Allow table-local volume and optional TV power controls only when compatible hardware and venue permissions are enabled.

05 / DISCOVER

SportsQ schedule

Help guests find upcoming and in-progress games, understand where they are available, and send an eligible event to their table TV.

06 / SERVE

POS-connected guest tools

Optionally surface food and drink menus, live check previews, welcome and goodbye moments, and other POS-aware experiences.

07 / ENGAGE

Manager call & venue links

Offer a manager-call action, ordering or loyalty links, promotions, and social destinations inside the same table-scoped experience.

08 / PROTECT

Operator-controlled sessions

Staff can assign booths, print QR sheets, monitor active sessions, lock guest TVs, and decide exactly which controls each table receives.

Interactive in-page demo

Pair to the demo table, then control its TV.

The preview stays on this page and starts at the same secure pairing screen a guest sees after scanning a table QR. Enter the demo TV code below to unlock the table-scoped controls.

Integration-first architecture

Keep what works. Connect what matters.

MatriQ can integrate with many existing venue systems, often reducing unnecessary upfront replacement costs. Every project starts with an infrastructure and workflow review so the control plan fits the venue instead of forcing the venue into a generic package.
